Clean room with a small fridge, coffee/tea facilities, and a cozy lounge area. ☕

Location: the hotel was really close to shopping mall, and the beach, shops, restaurants and the waterpark. I came across Nuka Restaurant & Bar, it was relatively close to the property, offered nice shots. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with international dishes, delicious Indonesian foods and vegetarian as well, and had all you need...

Everything is good, the hotel staffs are very nice, very polite.

The bed is not good, I can't sleep well.

This place was pretty roomy, clean, and the breakfast was super delicious! 🥞 We were in a great spot, not too far from a fun water park.

Were impressed wif the staff frendliness n very helpful. The welcome drink n wet towels make us feel refresh. The room is spacious n the bed is comfortable.

The hotel room included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from a water park. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, laundry services, eateries, massage parlors, convenient stores.

This is a hotel go-to for Kuta! The breakfasts are delicious and wonderful with delicious Indonesian foods and international dishes, for instance. The rooms are reasonably large and generally offer a safe, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. The location is quiet near the airport after a late flight. And it's close enough to the beach and shopping mall, the main areas of Kuta shopping and Centro, and Waterbom Bali.

Friendly staffs, quick to provide service/help when asked to.

Access card to the room was often reset, hence locking the occupant out of the room.

The rooms are spacious with bathtubs, the food is excellent, there is a well-maintained pool, and parking is available on site.

I enjoyed my stay at Kuta hotel. What was most amazing to me was the staff polite behavior and smile. The receptionists, the waiters and waitresses were all very nice to guests.

Breakfast was good but not many choices. What I really did not like about the hotel was that I made a reservation for four days, but when I wanted to check out after two days due to some urgent job I had to do in Malaysia, I was charged the whole 4 days and not for the 2 days that I stayed there only.

Swiming pool is just few steps from the room and the room is reasonably new

This place was super clean, and the staff really looked after us. the breakfast spread had a mix of tasty Indonesian and international dishes, including some veg options! the service each day was top-notch. 🌟

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days n everyday they serve a same breakfast...

Also, location was favourable, within walking distance of Discovery Shopping Mall. Moreover, the area was central. The bed was very comfy and the room overall was spotless and well airconditioned.
